2024-2025 Schedule
INMAS warmly invited students from departments in the network and students who participated in Math Alliance as undergraduates to participate in the program's training and paid internships. Travel funding was provided for training events. From the 2025 training schedule, a typical year at INMAS resembled the following:

- Career Preparation A (Resumes) – Monday November 4 from 5-8pm CT/6-9pm ET. Online
- Resume first draft – Due Tuesday November 12
- Workshop 2 (Mid-Atlantic) – Friday November 15 through Sunday November 17 in Baltimore, MD

Internships would take place over 8 to 12 weeks in the summer. The timing was flexible, negotiated by each intern and their host organization.
Students placed into internships agreed to the Code of Conduct.
